Return Policy

We at mygemsguru.com offers a very transparent and simple 10 Days Return & Replacements policy. Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
In case you feel that the product received is damaged/defective & not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Care within 48-72 hours of receiving the product, along with a photograph of product. Refund is applicable once item is received back within 10 days of receiving (same as delivered).

1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the mygemsguru team.

3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.Please preserve all original documents such as Invoice, Certificate/s, and Appraisal etc. No refund will be entertained in case of any missing document and no further communication in this matter shall be entertained if any document is missing.

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of your return. Mygemsguru will refund 70% of the invoice amount of the item via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.

Cancellation Policy :

Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please do not refuse postal delivery. If an order is refused, the customer shall bear responsibility for the full value of the items if lost, and all return shipping fees, brokerage charges and duties incurred upon its return will be deducted from the owed refund for the returned items.

However,If the order has not yet been shipped, and you have not received a shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us right away with details of your order number and your request to cancel. Our customer support team will stop your shipment

Important Notes:

– Shipping Charges are not refundable.

– Return Shipment is at customer’s cost.

– Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment. Returns will take 10-12 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
